XMG Design Contest

By entering this contest, the entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them.
This contest is open to all residents aged 16 or over. Employees of Schenker Technologies, their families, employees of Schenker Technologies' affiliated companies and agents, and anyone associated with this contest are not eligible to enter.
The contest shall run from 20/06/2013 until 23:59 on 31/07/2013 (inclusive) (the “contest period”). Any entries received outside the contest period will not be accepted.
Entry to this contest is free and automatic upon submitting an entry or voting.
This contest is limited to one entry per person. If any multiple entries are received then only the first entry will be considered.
Proof of submitting entries is not proof of receipt and Schenker Technologies does not accept any responsibility for incomplete or illegible entries.
There are two XMG laptops available to be won in this contest. The XMG A523 shall be won by getting the most votes on one’s design. The XMG P503 can be won by being picked as the favorite of the XMG facebook team. In addition some ROCCAT™ products will be raffled among all participants (designers and voters). The detailed products will be announced during the contest, at least on the day of the winner announcement. The prizewinners will be announced within days of the contest ending.
The winners of this contest will be notified by e-mail.
It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that they have provided Schenker Technologies with valid contact details. The winners have one week after being contacted to respond to Schenker Technologies, and if return contact is not made within that time period, the prizes will be forfeited without exception. In these circumstances, Schenker Technologies will select another winner in accordance with the selection criteria set out above.
No alterations, exchanges or refunds of the prizes or elements of the prizes won in this contest will be permitted. The prizes are not transferable, cannot be resold and there is no cash alternative.
Entrants accept that Schenker Technologies has the right (without any additional payment or permission) to use their name, age, e-mail, town, county or country of residence or likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner and for related promotional purposes. By signing up for this contest, you permit Schenker Technologies to add your e-mail address to its newsletter mailing list and consequently agree to receive the e-mail newsletter. Your e-mail address will be used for this purpose only and will not be distributed to any third party. We will keep your personal information confidential.
Schenker Technologies shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by any entrant of this contest or a third party.
Schenker Technologies reserves the right to refuse to honor any entry if they consider there has been an abuse of this contest or a breach of these terms and conditions.
Schenker Technologies' decision is final on any situation including any not covered in these terms and conditions. Please note that Schenker Technologies will not enter into any correspondence concerning any decisions made.
Schenker Technologies may at any time and for any reason elect to change or withdraw this contest and shall not be liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss occasioned by any such election or by failure, however caused, to fulfill the terms of this contest.
Schenker Technologies shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill this contest where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, ash clouds, fire, flood, war, earthquakes, riots, industrial dispute, acts of God, supervening legislation or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by German Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts shall apply.
Schenker Technologies GmbH, Erlenstraße 3, 04105 Leipzig, Germany, is the promoter of this contest.
All entrants in this contest release Facebook from all liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. In entering this contest the entrants are providing information to the promoter and not to Facebook.

Give us a like and show us your creativity. Design your very own laptop cover. Share your artwork with the world and get the most votes in order to win the XMG A523.

Since one might disagree on matters of taste, we like to specially honor the artwork what we like most. The "XMG award" is rewarded with the XMG P503.

Not all of you can or will be designers. We also take care of you. Among all participants (designers AND voters) we like to raffle some sweet ROCCAT™ gear.
