OBA Fabunmi
Summit Director
OBA Fabunmi is the Director of Summit (UBS) OBA is a Partner, Corporate Commercial Practice at J.O. Fabunmi & Co. as well as the Nigeria Country Chair of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA). He also sits on the Global Council of IPFA. OBA Fabunmi has organised many trainings, seminars, retreats and conferences in Nigeria, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and other parts of the world.
As a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he has been involved in a variety of complex commercial transactions including the successful concessioning of the Nigerian Ports, where he acted as adviser to the Nigerian Port Authority (NPA), and also participated in the negotiation, drafting and preparation of Public Private Partnership agreements on behalf of NPA.
OBA Fabunmi was a member of infrastructure working group of Nigerian Economic Management Team of the Federal Government of Nigeria. He sits on several boards including Business Law Academy.
