Can you accommodate common food allergies and diets?
Absolutely. Nearly every item on our menu can be modified to meet a number of dietary lifestyles. Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, or have allergies to any food items, our kitchen is prepared to adjust your meal to your needs.
 
Organic grilled tofu can be substituted for any meat or cheese free of charge, and we offer dairy-free milk alternatives as well. Please note we are not a nut-free facility nor are we a certified gluten-free facility.
 
Where does your food come from?
We take fresh seriously. Produce is locally supplied to each store on a daily basis. Our bread and the majority of our pastries are sourced from our own exclusive baking facilities; some pastries are locally-sourced and our gluten-free bread comes from O’Doughs. Bread and pastries that require baking are baked in-store throughout each day to ensure quality and freshness.

How long does it take to prepare our meals?
Not long at all! Once you have ordered and paid for your meal at the cash, we will take less than 10 minutes (on average) to prepare your food fresh. Once ready, we’ll call your name and you can pick up your meal, whether you’re dining in or taking out.
 
Are there special meals for children?
We have something for all tastes and ages on our menu. Children have always enjoyed sharing our unique salads and gourmet sandwiches with their parents. Now kids can also choose from three options created especially for them: French Toast, Pasta, and Grilled Cheese. All kids’ meals include a drink and dessert, and substitutions and additions can be made.
 
Are there special activities for children?
Crayons and a zany trayliner with puzzles and colouring comes with every kids’ meal.
 
Are all locations stroller accessible?
Yes! Each location is stroller accessible.
 
Do all locations have high chairs?
Yes! Each location has high chairs and most have changing stations in the restrooms.
 
Do you deliver?
At the moment, you can order aroma espresso bar through various delivery apps in Toronto. Individual stores do not regularly deliver food. We encourage you to call your neighbourhood aroma for more details.
 
Do you cater?
We do! Our full menu is available for catering events large and small, from breakfasts and birthday parties to meetings and special events. Contact your neighbourhood aroma espresso bar for more details.
