DARREN NICHOLSON is a musician based in Western North Carolina. He is a founding member of the top selling bluegrass band BALSAM RANGE.
He is a Grammy Award Nominee and a recipient of the International Bluegrass Music Association’s – Album of the Year award, and has appeared countless times on WSM’s Grand Ole Opry, at the Ryman Auditorium, and many of the world’s most famous venues.

JULY 17
2:00 PM -3:15 PM: Band workshop with DARREN NICHOLSON, AUDIE BLAYLOCK, ERIC ELLIS, and REED JONES.
4:00 PM –4:45 PM: Songwriting workshop with Darren and friends.
5:00 PM – 5:45 PM: Instrumental workshops –bass with Reed, Mandolin with Darren, banjo with Eric and guitar with Audie.
5:45 PM-8:00 PM -Dinner break
8:30 PM- 9:45 PM: All-star Concert—Darren
