Bellingham Alive Magazine puts together 300 Swag Bags for the annual Best of the Northwest party, celebrating the top 3 winners in over 127 business categories! Sign up to donate swag for our next celebration in October 2025!
 
  • Products, samples, marketing merchandise, or gift cards** for 300 swag bags. All submissions must come with some sort of freebie attached**
 
  • Swag must be dropped off or mailed to our office at 432 W. Bakerview Rd., Ste. 101, Bellingham, WA 98226 by 3 p.m. on Oct. 17th.
 
  • Swag submissions will be reviewed and a confirmation email with drop-off/mailing details will be sent out in September 2025. Any special arrangements can be organized then as well.
 
  • Please provide a detailed description of items you will be providing so we can plan for bag size. Please include your company name and contact email for arrangements.
 
**Discount offers and gift cards must either require no minimum purchase or have a freebie attached (e.g. candy, gum, pens, etc.).
