Are the products authentic?

Yes, BV Privé only deals in authentic products.

We specialise in the resale of “as new” pre-owned items — including commercial samples, items from publicity campaigns, fashion shows, employee purchases, celebrity wardrobes, and more. In most cases, we require the original purchase or acquisition receipt to verify authenticity.

Before shipping, each item is repackaged to the manufacturer’s original specification.

We also have access to one of the world’s largest private collections of rare and collectible handbags, with select pieces available through our online store.

Can I get my bag repaired?

Whilst many of the fashion houses worldwide have stopped providing repair services (even when purchased directly), we are able to provide full after-sales service for our customers. Simply return the product to us, and we will arrange to get it repaired by professional craftsmen dedicated to each brand.

All the sales are administered in accordance with the user's statutory rights as a consumer, and the buyer agrees with our Terms and Conditions when the order is placed. In the case of returns, the original product must be returned to us together with complete and original packaging and all documentation.
