Cool Snap Float

To:
1 quart of softened vanilla ice cream (dairy or non-dairy, not whipped)
Stir in:
1/8 cup blackstrap molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger (or more to taste)
8-10 finely crushed ginger snaps

Place back in the freezer until firmed up again.
Note: it will be a little softer due to the molasses.

Place a large scoop in a glass and pour a chilled can of Zevia Ginger Rootbeer soda. Top with another gingersnap and enjoy!
