Ingredients:
Heavy Whipping Cream
Confectioner's Sugar
Cherry Brandy (optional)
Cherry Jam
Chocolate Fudge Topping
Chocolate Ice Cream

Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl and sprinkle a thin layer of confectioner's sugar over the surface, follow with a splash of Cherry Brandy. Beat this mixture until peaks form. This is your homemade whipped cream! On a plate, grate the chocolate bar. This is your garnish for the very top of your float.
Now grab your glass and layer as follows: chocolate fudge, cherry jam, whipped cream, chocolate ice cream. When you reach the top of the glass, add a dab of whipped cream, sprinkle with your grated chocolate, and get ready for the coup d'etat moment....Pour in your Zevia Soda.
