Light, healthy and easy to prepare. This recipe is always a winner.

2 cups uncooked orzo
1 medium zucchini
4 scallions sliced
1 red pepper
15 kalamata olives
1 celery stalk
1/3 cup parsley
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbs red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp oregano
1tbs dried dill
salt
pepper
4 oz feta
2 tbs mayo
