Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp Scampi

16 extra large shrimp
8 pieces of prosciutto
2 tbsp of olive oil
1/3 cup butter
4 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and black pepper to taste
8 oz of Linguini
Parmesan cheese flakes

Cut prosciutto slice in half. Wrap each shrimp with 1 piece of prosciutto. Saute shrimp in olive oil until prosciutto is brown.
Cook linguini as instructed on box. Melt butter and add garlic. Saute until soft then add wine, lemon juice, parsley, salt & pepper. Toss in linguini and parmesan cheese. Place shrimp on top, cover with Parmesan cheese flakes and serve.
