Pizza Quiche
1 Refrigerated Pie Crust

Filling:
2 oz. Chopped Pepperoni Cubes
12 oz Shredded Mozzarella
8 oz Shredded Cheddar
3/4 c milk
2 eggs
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

16 oz Spaghetti Sauce

Place crust in 9" pie pan or quiche pan.
Place pepperoni in the bottom of the crust.
Layer cheeses over the pepperoni.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, seasoning and milk. Pour mixture over cheeses.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce and pour over quiche wedges. Serves 8-10
