Pepperoncini pork roast
3-4 lb boneless sirloin pork roast
1 pkg Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
1 Pkg Schilling pork gravy mix
6 pepperoncini peppers and 1/2 cup juice from jar
1/2 cup water
Spray pan with cooking spray, lay pork in, pour pepperoncini juice ocer roast, sprinkle with ranch seasoning, sprinkle gravy packet over top. Lay peppers on top of roast. Pour water around bottom, not over meat. Cover with foil. Bake at 275 2 hrs, then uncover and bake at 375 20 min. Remove from oven and let rest 10-15 min before slicing
