Ingredients:
1 pork butt roast cooked 8 hours in the crock pot with seasoned salt, sliced green peppers, sliced red peppers, sliced onions.

BBQ sauce

1slice of both provolone and american cheese

Bread

Prepare:
Butter one side of each piece of bread
Place butter side down in preheated skillet
Place shredded pork on one side of the bread
Place cheese on the other slice of bread.
Cook until cheese starts to slightly melt, pour bbq sauce on the cheese side and combine both sides together.
Brown both sides of the bread..
Serve warm with cheese melted..
