Chinese Dumplings
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground pork
1 pkg of won ton wraps (12 oz)
1/4 head of Medium sized Cabbbage
2 tbst of Soy Sauce
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ginger
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 cup of Vegetable oil

In medium sized bowl mix together ground pork and cabbage (diced)
Add soysauce, salt, onion powder, ginger. and galic powder.
Mix thourghly and chill.

Take one won ton wrap and wet edges with water. Place nickle sized ball of pork mixture in the center of the wrap. Fold corners diagonally to form a triangle. Take remaining corners and fold to the center of the wrap to form a "envelope"

Put oil in the bottom of a skillet and turn to medium heat.
When the oil is heated place wrapped won tons into oil.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until pork in cooked thourghly.
Let sit for 3 minutes to cool.

Serve with soy sauce, cheese sauce or your favorite sauce!
