Pick your favorite slice of ribs whether it is baby backs, spare ribs or country style. Prepare rub with the following ingredients.
Garlic, dried minced onion, cinnamon, paprika, oregano, salt, and chili powder. Rub mixture all over your ribs. Let set in fridge wrapped in foil over night. Heat grill to high, slap ribs on grill, turn heat down to about 250~275. Cook slow for about 1.5~2 hrs or until done with bone temp at about 170. Flipping every 15~30 mins. Once done use your favorite bbq sauce, which mine for this recipe would be Sweet Baby Rays. Allow for bbq sauce to glaze and caramelize. Take off grill allow to sit for 5~10 mins and cut to size.
