BBQ pork ribs
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbs finely chopped onions
2 tsp lemon juice
Dash or more of Tabasco
1/4 tsp pepper
Dash of celery salt
Dash of mustard powder

Combine and simmer,

Allow the ribs to cook for about 1/2 on a gas grill(times will vary by your cook method and grill) slather sauce on and cook another hour plus. Get your friends and lots of napkins and enjoy and remember to thank your MN Pork producer
