Large sandwich rolls
Lean pork roast
Porketta seasoning
Ham
Mustard
Dill sandwich sliced pickles
Provolone cheese

Porketta rub:

½ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 TBS paprika
2TBS basil
2TBS salt
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS pepper
1 TBS oregano
1 TBS cracked fennel seeds
½ TBS thyme

Mix together and rub on pork roast.

1. Rub pork roast with porketta rub and cook until cooked, either in the oven or slow cooker.
2. Chop cooked roast into pieces.
3. Position sandwich rolls on baking sheet
4. Scoop chopped pork onto bottom of sandwich roll.
5. Layer ham on top of chopped pork.
6. Spread mustard onto top part of sandwich roll.
7. Layer sliced pickles and cheese over the mustard.
8. Place open sandwiches into preheated oven and bake until heated and cheese is melted.
9. After taking the sandwiches out of the oven, close, cut and enjoy!
