Oriental Pork Chops
Makes 6 servings
6 Pork chops bone in or boneless
Mixture
1 Cup Pineapple juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
2 Tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 Tsp white vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Save out half of the mixture. Pour half of the mixture over the pork chops and let sit in the fridge overnight. Take the half that was saved out and thicken it with equal parts corn starch and water over medium heat. Take chops from fridge and cook them on the grill until done.
