Ingredients:½ cup diced red bell pepper½ cup diced green bell pepper½ cup diced onion½ cup diced portobello mushrooms2 eggs2 egg whites2 Tbs crumbled boursin Cheese4 tomato slicesbasil and thyme choppedCombine all vegetables, and saute in a large skillet for three to four until tender, yet crisp.
