Submission Rules & Guidelines
1. TCEB needs to make sure all photos are within guidelines before they are published. This process can take up to 48 hours.
2. You may submit more than 1 photo. There is no limit to the number of entries.
3. Awards will be limited to one prize (highest value) per entrant.
4. Photo submissions must be related to places & activities in Thailand with below categories:
a. Culture
b. Attraction
c. Lifestyle
5. Images must be created with digital still cameras. Images that have been retouched using software or by other means will be accepted. Both color and monochrome images will be accepted. However, scans of photographs taken by film cameras will not be accepted.
6. The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the contest entrant. By entering the contest, the entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant; that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity; and, that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph.
7. File format: JPEG only.
8. File size (per JPEG): greater than 1,200 x 1,800 pixels / greater than 150 dpi / not more than 2 MB.
9.Please note that not all images entered will be eligible for the competition. If the images don't follow the stated guidelines of entry, the photo won't be accepted or published in our online gallery.

Upon submission, the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) takes full ownership of any submitted materials (and assumes a name credit), and may use the images for advertising, publication, 3rd party distribution, or any way deemed promotional to Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). Contest entrants thereby waive any property rights to the images upon submission.

About The Event
The official media website for Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), www.BusinessEventsThailand.com, would like to invite all both professionals & amateur who interested in photography to join the PHOTO CONTEST with the theme of “Inspiring Thailand.”
The aim is to showcase Thailand’s as the center for business hub with wide variety of things to experience apart from just hectic meeting/conference. Fun, Friendly, Accessibility, Flexible and Value for money destination. The photos will be used to include in various PR materials in promoting Thailand. The submitted photos can be another inspriration among worldwide meeting planners to choose Thailand as a destination.

How to Apply
1. Entries must be submitted through the www.facebook.com/businesseventsthailand website only.
2. Complete an entry form with the required information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address and a photo caption. Submit along with your photograph(s).
Eligibility
The contest is open to anyone, travellers, or professionals and amateurs photographers, regardless of age, education levels, or nationality.
Entry Period / Winner Announcement
(The deadline for entries is 11.59 PM GMT +7 on the 15th of November 2013)
Judging
Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) panel of judges will make their decisions on a variety of factors, and their choices for the winning photos will be final.
The juding criteria includes;
- Technique in photography
- The composition of the image
- The concept and definition of the image
- The beauty of the image
- Creativity
