What being a hero means to me
Being a hero can mean lots of things, but to me, a true hero stands up to do the right thing even when the odds are against them. Real heroes have courage and puts others up before themselves regardless what others think. A hero treats others how they want to be treated and helps others in their time of need. I consider heroes to be understanding when others make mistakes because even though they are imperfect, they are human too.
To be honest, anyone can be a hero in my opinion. It just takes one person to lead others to do the right thing. A hero is someone who would risk their lives in order to save someone else's who they love. A hero doesn't have to have any super powers or special features. Even helping an elderly woman cross the street or standing up to a bully can be the heroic thing to do.
When you are a hero, you help out of the kindness of your heart. A true hero does a good deed not to be seen by others, but sothey can help the person in need. To be a true hero, you must be dedicated, strong willed, and a remodel to others even if you are afraid. A hero is unique and has the ability to save someone from sadness.
It is someone whomakes an impact on others' lives and sacrifices having less, just so someone they love can have more. True heros don't think of the consequences or what will happen to them afterwards. I think people who don't get upset over petty things. Heros don't question weather or not they are good enough. Instead, they encourage others to believe they can do anything they put their minds to.
Being a hero isn't a job you're forced to do. Also,it isn't a burdensome task. Heros are everyday people whoare willing to do the right thing without any thanks or repay. When you're a hero, you stand out. That's what being a hero means to me.
