It would be a blessing to win a makeover! I am a mom to a wonderful 3 yr old with cerebral palsy and between therapies and doctors appointments, there is NO time for momma. I am 16 weeks pregnant and am already having back and pelvic pain and probably look like death because I'm so exhausted! To be able to have a day to spend on myself would be a dream come true.

I would love to win a makeover. I am currently pregnant with my first baby; however, it will be my second pregnancy. My husband and I found out in November of 2011 that I was expecting. I ended up losing the pregnancy. We tried for over two years to conceive again and we finally succeeded. I have been on progesterone to help keep this baby healthy. However, I have had a very rough start to it. It would be nice to finally have a day to enjoy myself and my pregnancy.

I am entering my friend into the contest. My name is Cristi Scheabe and I feel like my friend really, really deserves this makeover. She has 2 step sons that she is raising as her own. She also has a little boy who is almost 2 and pregnant with a little girl. She is such an inspiration to me because of all she does for her children and what she can accomplish. She and her husband are currently renovating a house and it doing all the work themselves. She also works full time. So please consider my friend for this well deserved make over.

We are expecting our second child November 2013. I would be ecstatic to win the make over! when I was pregnant with my son, I worked in the Emergency Room and wore scrubs to work therefor I really didn't buy many maternity clothes. This time around I work in an office setting, with business casual dress, so the clothes would be awesome! The day of pampering is much needed also! ( as is with any pregnant woman!) It's been pretty tough on me this pregnancy. I'm working full time plus have a 3 year old at home, not to mention two Siberian huskies that keep you on your toes too! My parents just recently moved away to Connecticut (but believe me, the drama remains in Alabama!) and my mother in law has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. So needless to say, it's been a bit stressful around our house, so a day of pampering would be awesome! Gonna keep it short since I have a little one trying to type this entry for me!!! Thanks for the opportunity!

I am a 35 year old (soon to be) mom of 3 kids all under 5 years old. Before kids I was an elementary school teacher and even before that I played collegiate basketball at UAB. The last time I consciously remember putting an effort into my hair, clothes, makeup, and body was probably sometime before the millennium! I would love to be pampered with this amazing prize.

We are expecting baby #3 in December, and between our 4yo and 2 1/2yo little boys and my husband's new business, this mommy is feeling a little ragged. I would love a makeover, because I firmly believe that looking better can make you feel better. And, since I'm spending all day long chasing 2 very active little boys and all night long tossing and turning (who knew baby #3 would get so uncomfortable so quickly??), I probably need all the help I can get. I have been able to purchase a few new maternity clothes this time around, but I'm mostly in the Old Navy and Target maternity clothes I bought for my first pregnancy. And some of it isn't fitting as well as it used to.

You see, with my second baby I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. The diet was a huge pain in the you-know-what, but other than that all was well and I delivered a beautiful, healthy boy in February 2011. After that, I felt like I might at least have a chance of avoiding the diabetes with #3 if I got into better shape. So, eventually I started working out with my mom and her trainer. Though I was feeling better, I wasn't dropping any weight (I really only wanted to lose about 10 lbs), so I started running. And I discovered I like it. With some encouragement from friends (and my sweet husband) I trained for and ran the Mercedes Half Marathon earlier this year - quite a feat for the girl who struggled to run a single mile in high school gym class. About 6 weeks after the marathon, I got pregnant again. My activity level isn't nearly what it was, but I'm still managing to get in 2 short runs/walks a week. More importantly, I passed my first glucose test. I'll have to take another one in a couple months, but my doctor was very pleased that I've managed to stave off the diabetes so far.

So, this time around I'm finding it much harder to keep all my maternity pants and jeans from slipping down. I can't complain too much since I know it's a result of all the hard work I've put in, but some better-fitting cuter clothes sure would be nice. And after this long summer with my sweet but exhausting little monkeys, I would relish a day of pampering.

I should win the makeover because I am always helping others. Before getting pregnant, I did many food drives, community service, donated to the homeless & food banks, etc. Though pregnant, it hasnt stopped me. As I do these things, my 5 yr old tags along.

This pregnancy has kept me in and out of the hospital. There are many problems but I keep my head held high and keep the faith.

Hi, my name is Beth Guthrie and I am expecting our first child September 6, 2013. My husband and I are beyond excited but worried at the same time. I have several kidney stones and my doctor has taken me off work until after our baby is born. I have been in the hospital and have had 2 surgeries but still in pain. I feel like a failure because I can't work and help my husband pay our bills but my husband and I both know that the safety of me and our baby girl comes first. I would love a makeover! I would love to feel beautiful and special for a day. I hope you will consider me for your mommy makeover because I could really use one and a special day out of the house. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely Beth Guthrie

Having a human life growing inside of your body is one of the most beautiful experiences a woman could ever imagine. However, during that nine month period there are times we don't feel so beautiful physically. Our entire body goes through major changes that leave us feeling tired, emotional and unattractive. In my case, I am 25 weeks pregnant, work a full time job, I am a step mom to two children, and I have a busy four year old son of my own. I don't really take the time to do things for myself that could help boost my self esteem. I wear the same few maternity pieces over and over, have needed a haircut for months, my sister highlights my hair with a box color from the drugstore and my makeup is probably exceeded its expiration date! Not only do I not have the time, but I also don't have the extra money to put into my beauty routine. I would be thrilled and very appreciative to win this makeover! Please pick me!!!

I would be absolutely thrilled to win this expectant mommy makeover!I am due early February with my first child. While I am so thankful for this precious blessing, we can all agree pregnancy does not exactly boost our self esteem. The money that I use to spend on "feel goods" for myself, hair/nail apts etc. is being put into savings for Baby B. The majority of my maternity clothes are hand me downs or yard sale finds. I work in an environment where I'm expected to look professional and polished and I feel anything but with my faded stretchy black pants and grown out roots. Not to mention the acne that I had hoped not to see after jr high ! Every morning its a struggle to get dressed. Please help me feel like a young fashionable mommy to be !

I am expecting my 3rd precious baby! We are so excited about this sweet little life! I am a stay at home mom with 2 beautiful little boys. As a mommy you don't always get to take time for yourself especially when you would rather buy and do things for your kiddos! My hair, umm hardly ever gets fixed I just throw it up in a messy bun. Pregnancy has my skin all broken out! And clothes... Well I just resort to tshirts most of the time.

I would love a makeover and then go on a hot date with my sweet husband!!! ;)

I am a first time mom, due in December. I am a speech language pathologist at an elementary school and would absolutely love this makeover!! Since becoming pregnant, I have only worn second-hand maternity clothes and would LOVE a brand new, stylish outfit and "look"! I think with the birth of my first baby it's time to find the "new me"!

I'm a 33 (almost 34) year old mother of 2 young boys (4&2). I'm a preschool teacher at my local church. I'm married to a police officer and we have a tracking dog for our family pet. The reason I desperately need to win is that I always look frumpy. My hair is brown; one dementional, slightly cow-licky, with lots of fly-aways. I have no clue how to apply or choose makeup. I usually just buy whatever is cheapest. I currently have 4 tubes of BB cream that were marked down to $3.50, but I'm pretty sure they're the wrong color for my skin. My clothes are outdated. Most are from about 5 years ago before I was pregnant for the first time. My body has changed, and I don't know what's flattering on my anymore. I know the people at work would like to see me looking cute and trendy instead of tired and frumpy in my barrettes and sweat pants. I need help!!

I am entering my friend because she would love this! Im not gonna make a sob story but ill give you the facts. She has scoleosis (sp?) With rods in her back yet she concieved and carried her son who was born nov 2012 and she is expecting again. She has a lot more pain and discomfort than usual due to her back and the steel bars used to keep her spine somewhat straight. She know there will be no possibility of a natural child birth due to too much strain on her back but also she isnt even given the option to have a normal c-section due to not enough room for the spinal so she has to be put to sleep and that means her baby will automatically go to the nicu and after her son being in the nicu for a week from the same thing shes super stressed. I think we all deserve a little treat sometimes and this is me hoping she gets the break she deserves. Thank you for the opportunityshe would love it!
