As a graduate of the PSOW International Protocol and Business Etiquette course, I know the quality of training PSOW provides. What I learned in that training has helped me immensely in consulting with professionals in the public and private sectors on three continents. The Protocol Officer Training will be important as I expand my management consulting business abroad. Understanding protocol is critical in giving customers from diverse cultures a feeling of confidence and respect when transacting business. I have such a high regard for PSOW that I have enrolled for the PSOW Speaker's boot camp and intend to continue taking advantage of PSOW training opportunities.
