I will love for my 10 year old son to be to have a mobile phone again. I brought him a phone from a digicel outlet at Trincity Mall It was a Digicel Smartphone, actuall i brought 3 the first one i had to return for repairs. His one only worked for about 2 months and it stoped working. They said it had some dents and stuff and they revoke the warrenty. My son was super disappointing. All his friends had a mobile Phone and he didnt. I really wish for him to have a really nice smartphone, he is a good child and an A student. I really hope he gets his wish.

I would like to nominate my mother, over the years we have grown further apart due to an unforgivable mistake in which i chose to surpass. She means so much to me and i'd give almost anything to show her how much of that is true. Gradually i've been trying to show her but it would be nice that i can give her an amazing gift for Christmas. She has been nothing but supportive, kind, caring, everything a mother is supposed to be and even though i chose to turn my back on her she never did for me. As well as my mother, i know there are a lot of other deserving people on this and I wish them all the best in this competition....I don't want to ask for much but i want to give her something she needs, maybe a phone, or tv, or laptop. I would like to nominate my cousin Radica Bagan. Her parents die when she was a teenage and left her alone with no support. I too was a ten and migrated so I could not help. She has medical problems but plants a small garden with seasonings, lettuce and patchoi to sell in the market on Sunday mornings to earn a living. She does not have a food card because she wants to earn her own keep. I help out financially when I can. Everytime I visit she always prepares a small basket with her produce from her garden. I never want to accept it because I know its how she earns a living. But she insists and I can't refuse. I nominate her because she is caring and giving. She does not have much but she shares whatever little she has and I find that truly humbling and sometimes make me cry. I would love to brighten up her Christmas by buying her groceries for Christmas so she can have a great holiday feast. She deserves to win because of her giving spirit and always willing to help. She does not have much but she shares the little she has. A kitchen filled with groceries would make her happy because she would have supplies for a while and for her two best friends, her dogs, whom she spends more money on buying dog food than on herself. Her selflessness is amazing. I would love to make her happy by providing her with the security of food.

My Mom. Nokia Lumia 820 (Red) My mom deserves this because she has always sacrificed everything she had to give to me, and her phone isn't functioning properly, and since a phone is mandatory, I thought it would be perfect to give back to mom with this. This phone also fits the need of my mom, as it is a somewhat midrange handset, since she doesn't fuss about something being fancy. My mom deserves this and it would be great if she could.

I would like to give my father a #BrighterChristmas; to him I owe everything. My father has worked two jobs or more for as long as I can remember to support my family of seven. I have never heard him complain a day in his life and I have never seen him rest. This year, he had an accident and I almost lost him; I must admit before this I never really thought of the sacrifices that he has made but now that I have I am most appreciative. I can't name one specific thing that he deserves most because I believe he deserves everything that is good in this world.
Often times we forget to show gratitude and yes, I have fallen short in this category and this Christmas I believe my dad deserves a vacation to a neighboring island to relax and enjoy this short and wonderful life. I nominate my husband Dennis Dupraj, he is such a caring and good person which is what attracted me to him. He works tirelessly at his Credit Union & he is studying for his Degree in the afternoon, yet he still finds time to teach music (guitar & panio) in his mother's church. He is always helping out anyone of our friends or family and he never has to think twice about helping out a stranger in need. He's a good father and provider. He has always supported all my dreams and small business ideas. It really would be nice if he could win the Nokia Lumia 820, becasue I think he would appreciate the use of the internet feature for school and work.

I would like to nominate the most wonderful father there is, my husband Dennis Ramdass. He is an exceptional human being. He takes care of our 3 children, ages 10, 5 and 7 months, like a father is suppose to. He sacrifices himself for us by making sure that we have all we need. He never treats himself. He always helps me with cleaning, washing, cooking, bathing and feeding the baby, wakes up early to make sure that the older ones lunchkits are packed for school and that I have food and fruits to eat for the day before he heads out to work. He never complains, he says it’s a joy for him to see us happy. Whenever he has free time he spends it with the children playing games, telling them nancy stories, etc. He helps me on evenings with their homework, and because of this they are A students. He takes them to church or the park even when I don’t have the energy to go. He recently finished his degree at USC and graduated with honors. It took him 5 years to accomplish this never neglecting his familys’ needs. To go even further, there was this time he was trying to help a child in need by providing her school needs so her parents would have no excuse to keep her home. He bought all of her school books and other supplies as well as her school uniform only to find out later on that her father had sold the books at a pipers price so he could buy drugs. My husband heart sank. He was sad and angry.
He is truly deserving of a gift which I would not be able to afford to get him because I am visually impaired and I stay at home to take care of the children, so I have no income. If I could of afford it I would get him a new laptop because his 5-6 year old laptop just went blank about 2 days ago and is not coming on at all. He also uses it to do private jobs so that we could have extra money. So would you guys please hear me when I say that he is a wonderful man and consider him? Everything I say here is true, no fabrications and can be verified. I love my husband of 11 years. He is my backbone and I don’t know what I would do without him.
