Wishpond released its fourth quarter and 2021 fiscal year-end financial results on April 27, 2022. 2021 was Wishpond’s first full year as a public company. The year was a big one, boasting four acquisitions and major sales team growth. The year also resulted in record revenue figures for the company. 

 

 

Ali Tajskandar (Wishpond’s CEO and Chairman), and David Pais (Wishpond’s CFO) hosted a webinar to discuss the strong financial results and provide an outlook on the business.  Here are some highlights from the webinar:

• The company achieved 87% annual revenue growth in 2021 and quarterly revenue grew by 107% in the fourth quarter. 
• Wishpond reported record Adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter of $491 thousand
• Wishpond has a clean and healthy balance sheet with $6.2M in cash at December 31, 2021 with no debt
• The company continues to have an overall positive outlook with strong revenue growth expected in 2022.
