Advertise to people on Facebook who are interested in personal fitness training in your local area to drive them to your Sign Up Page.

On the Sign Up Page, people sign up for a place in your 6-Week Challenge Program by through the sign up form.

Step 3: Thank You Page

The Thank You Page confirms people have signed up to join your program and tell them what will happen next.

Step 1: Facebook Ad

Facebook Ads allow you to target people who are interested in personal fitness training in your local area to drive them to your Sign Up Page.

Below is a pre-built Facebook Ad and Target Audience that we use for one of our fitness clients:

    Start with a short, exciting sentence to pull people in. Then show a call-to-action to tell them to Sign up for our 6-Week Fitness Challenge. Then show the aspects of the 6-Week Challenge in a bullet list, with eye-catching emojis, so it’s easy for them to read. And finish by tell them that the offer ends soon to create a sense of urgency.


    Use an exciting, eye-catching image with a orange border. In our experience, this kind of image with a colorful border is what will stop people when they’re scrolling in the Facebook Newsfeed and read your Ad. And show a text headline in the image. This will get people reading your Ad right away.


    This headline format, WIN [PRIZE]!, acts as a call-to-action to tell people what to do. This makes it easy for them to quickly understand the offer and what will happen when they click the Ad, which decreases their uncertainty and makes it more likely that they’ll click.

    Facebook’s Interest and Behavior targeting allow you to show your Ad to people who are interested in specific things and activities. Their system has become very sophisticated and is now able to target the right people incredibly accurately.

    We recommend using Facebook’s Fitness Interests:

    • Weight Loss

    Age, Gender, Language and Location Targeting

    Age, Gender, Location and Language targeting should reflect who your most common clients are. If you generally train people in their 20’s and 30’s, then you should target people in that age group. If you’re unsure which Location to target, we recommend targeting people within a 30-minute drive of your own location: This is a close enough distance for most people to be content with driving to you.

    Why are Facebook Ads effective for this Campaign?

    The reason they’re effective is because they’re shown to people who are interested in fitness training in your area. Facebook is great at knowing people’s interests based on their behavior, which is what makes their Ad targeting so effective.

Step 2: Signup Page

The Sign Up Page is where people sign up to join the 6-Week Challenge Program. It has two jobs:

  • Subtext:

    In 1-2 sentences, tell people what the value of your program is and what they should do on the page.

  • The Offer:

    Show the amount that people will save on the program price by signing up now. And below that show how much the price of the program is now, vs. what it is regularly.

3. Program Benefits

Display the benefits of your program in the form of questions to show people what they’ll get out of it: Improved health, accomplishing their goals, etc. Then tell them how many spots are available in your program to make them see that there is a limited amount of space left.

4. About your Program

Use this section to give more in-depth details on what’s included in the program so they can learn everything they need to understand what the program is about.

5. Client Testimonial

Show a testimonial from one of your clients to showcase the value and results that they’ve received by completing your 6-Week Challenge Program.

Step 3: Thank You Page

After a person fills out the offer form, they’re taken to the Thank You Page. On this page, you show people a message to thank them for signing up, and to tell them that you’ll contact them soon to confirm their placement and payment in the program

How to create this Campaign in Wishpond

The 6-Week Challenge Campaign is available for free on all Wishpond plans. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Sign up for a Wishpond account.
