The Book a Free Consultation Campaign is an effective campaign to get new leads for your spa. People sign up to get a free wellness consultation from you, or one of your team members, to get advice on their mind and body and which wellness treatments are right for them.

It’s a powerful way to get new leads for your spa: People who are interested in learning more about the benefits of different treatments sign up for a free, no-pressure consultation with you. During the consultation you can provide them with helpful information to help them understand each treatment and their benefits. You can also explain the details of your spa and massage treatments to turn them into customers.

The Book a Free Consultation Campaign is made up of 3 steps:

Advertise to people when they search for a spas in your area to drive them to your Wellness Consultation Booking Page.

On this page, people learn about your spa and your wellness consultation. They sign up for the consultation by filling out the signup form with their contact details.

Step 3: Thank You Page

The Thank You Page confirms that people have signed up successfully and that you’ll contact them shortly to confirm their consultation.

Step 1: Google Adwords Ad

Google Adwords Ads make it easy for you to promote your spa to people when they search for one on Google.

This is a pre-built Google Adwords Ad that we’ve used for our spa and massage clients:

    1. Headline

    In the first part of the Headline, show text that the person is likely to have entered in their Google search. This will make them feel like the Ad is personally relevant to them, and make it more likely that they’ll click. In the second part of the Headline, Free Wellness Consultation, show a call-to-action. This tells people exactly what they will get when they click on the Ad, making it more likely for them to do so.

    2. Display URL Path

    The best thing to have in the Display URL Path is the keyword that the person entered on Google. This will make it super relevant for them, as it uses the exact words they were thinking of. You can do this using Keyword Insertion. In the Google Adwords builder, enter {keyword:swedish-massage} into the Display Path field. This will make the Display Path show the keyword that the person searched for, or show consultationif Google can’t display the keyword.

    3. Call Extension

    Use the Call Extension to add your phone number to your Ad. This way, people can call you directly by clicking the Ad, which is especially useful for people who see your Ad while using their mobile phone.

    Explain what people will get in their consultation with you.

    Top Keyword to Target:

    This keyword targets people who are searching for a spa in Vancouver. It uses broad match modifiers for +spa, and +Vancouver to target people who are specifically searching for a spa in Vancouver.

    This keyword is quite broad, but since you are offering a free wellness consultation, it’s an effective way to attract new leads who are at an early point in their decision to book a spa treatment.

    Note: This keyword is just a starting point. For best results you should experiment with it and try similar variations.

    Why are Google Adwords Ads effective for this Campaign?

    The reason they’re effective is because they’re shown to people at the moment they’re asking Google for information about spas in their area. This, of course, means that they’re interested in booking a spa treatment. So you’re able to show your Ad exclusively to an audience of people that are interested in booking, which is the most effective way to advertise.

Step 2: Booking Page

People sign up for their wellness consultation on this page. It has two jobs:

  • 1. Convince people to sign up for the consultation:

    The page’s first job is to convince people to signup for your consultation. It does this first by making it easy to signup by displaying the signup form at the top of the page.

    The page is filled with a number of elements to convince them to sign up: It uses the word “Free” in the page title and call-to-action button, which is the most enticing word you can use. It explains the highlights of your consultation in easy-to-read sections. And it has a positive client testimonial.

  • 2. Build interest in your Spa:

    The last two sections on the page are there to showcase your spa: One highlights your expertise and experience. And the other displays your location and contact info, which shows people that you’re a solid, trustworthy company.

5. About Your Spa

Discuss your spa’s expertise and experience. Explain the highlights of your treatments and facilities. This builds interest and trust in your spa, and helps pre-qualify people for a follow-up sale.

6. Location & Contact Details

Show your address, phone number and hours of operation. This allows people to immediately see if it meets their needs in terms of their location and schedule. And it convinces them that you’re a real, legitimate company, which is always important to do on the internet.

Step 3: Thank You Page

After a person signups up via the form on the Wellness Consultation Booking Page, they’re taken to the Thank You Page. There, we show a thank you message to confirm they’ve signed up, and a message to tell them what will happen next.

How to create this Campaign in Wishpond

The Book a Free Consultation Campaign is available for free on any plan in Wishpond. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Sign up for a Wishpond account.
