Wishpond Expands its Marketing Solution Offerings with Acquisition of Brax

Wishpond has announced the completion of its acquisition of Brax.io, a technology company that provides companies with a robust advertising platform. The company has also announced the appointment of Kevin Ho, Wishpond’s former Vice President of Marketing, as General Manager of Brax to help it continue to grow. While Brax will operate as a separate business unit from Wishpond, the two businesses will work together to capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Wishpond is a provider of digital marketing solutions for small-to-medium size businesses (SMBs) across various industries. The company’s “all-in-one” marketing suite is outfitted with email marketing, online advertising, lead management, sales conversion, marketing automation, referral campaign, call tracking, social promotion, and other capabilities that can all be managed from a single integrated platform.
Brax is the third acquisition Wishpond has completed in 2021. It will help the company continue expanding its technology platform with new digital ad management solutions and tools. Brax’s system is also equipped with features for creating and automating advertising campaigns based on custom rules across networks, ad platforms, and accounts.
